The IM2S Makes a Commitment to the Principality's Energy Transition
On Wednesday 5 June, Gérard Luccio, Director of the Monaco Institute of Sports Medicine and Surgery (IM2S), signed the Charter of Commitment to the National Pact on Energy Transition
The event took place in the presence of Marie-Pierre Gramaglia, Minister of Public Works, the Environment and Urban Development, Didier Gamerdinger, Minister of Health and Social Affairs, and its Director General, Valérie Viora-Puyo, Annabelle Jaeger-Seydoux, Director of the Mission for Energy Transition (MTE) and Céline Caron, Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the IM2S.
In her speech, Marie-Pierre Gramaglia paid tribute to the efforts made by this establishment, saying, "I encourage you in your strong desire to reduce your waste, both with regard to plastic waste - by removing it as much as possible from meal trays, for example - and by working on the treatment of infectious clinical waste."
"We must thank the IM2S, which must not only meet the requirements of health security, but must also be ever more efficient in working towards an intelligent energy transition," emphasised Didier Gamerdinger.
Note that the MTE is to organise an energy transition awareness day for the establishment's 104 employees. The aim is for the National Pact to become a shared approach, in which all the staff of the IM2S can be involved.
