Fourth Public Choice Award ceremony and festivities at the Princess Grace Rose Garden for the 7th International Rose Trials
The Department of Urban Amenities and the Friends of the Princess Grace Rose Garden Association are hosting the Public Choice Award ceremony for the 7th International New Rose Trials on Wednesday 19 June at the Princess Grace Rose Garden.
For the first time, winning roses from previous Trials will be available in a charity sale held at 10 am to collect funds for the Princess Grace Foundation (minimum price €10 per rose – limited quantities).
A variety of events are planned for visitors throughout the day to mark the 40th anniversary of the creation of the Princess Grace Rose Garden, including a treasure hunt for children, a guided tour for first-time and repeat visitors to the Rose Garden, a watercolour exhibition of the work of Tony Szabo and the creation of a crowdsourced work of art organised by the artist Mr OneTeas.
Festivities will end with the presentation of the Public Choice Award at 4 pm, followed by the unveiling of the crowdsourced work and a musical performance to carry the enjoyment of the Rose Garden through to the evening.
The detailed programme is available on the YourMonaco app.
