Céline Caron-Dagioni officially opens new premises of the Department of the Environment
On Tuesday 29 March, Céline Caron-Dagioni, Minister of Public Works, the Environment and Urban Development, visited the Department of the Environment to officially open its new premises in the presence of Valérie Davenet, Director of the Environment, Anthony de Sevelinges, Director of the Public Buildings Maintenance Office, and a delegation from the Ministry.
After 11 months of work costing a total of 2.3 million euro, the Department of the Environment teams now have a decidedly modern space covering 1,217 m² on the fourth floor of the Triton building in Fontvieille.
Designed and fitted out by the Public Buildings Maintenance Office and architecture firm The A Group, the premises house a number of government offices, co-working spaces and cutting-edge laboratories for use by the teams responsible for atmospheric readings and marine sampling.
