Covid-19: 58 new positive cases and 43 cured on Saturday 5 February

Fifty-eight new positive cases of Covid-19 were revealed on Saturday 5th February.

This brings the total number of people affected by the coronavirus in the Principality to 8,761 since the beginning of the health crisis.

This evening, 74 people are being treated at the CHPG: 72 people, including 61 residents, are hospitalised. Two other patients, non-residents, are being treated in intensive care.

There were 43 additional recoveries. The total number of healed people is 8362.

This Saturday evening, 256 people are being monitored by the Home Monitoring Centre, which provides medical support to patients with few symptoms who are advised to stay at home.
