Launch of MonGuichet.mc, the new one-stop portal for online procedures of the Prince's Government and Monaco Town Hall
"Users are central to our concerns and the development of our public policies. They must also be central to the transformation of our Administration. By refocusing even more on the service to our users and by aiming for excellence, our administration will make a major contribution to our attractiveness", emphasised the Minister of State on 25 October 2021, during a presentation on Extended Monaco, Assessment and Prospects.
With the opening of MonGuichet.mc , the Principality, under the impetus of the Extended Monaco programme, is now offering a new portal, which centralises all the online procedures of the Prince's Government and Monaco Town Hall on a single website, i.e. a catalogue of more than 70 online services that are accessible 24/7 from a single website via a computer, smartphone or tablet. The portal is available in both French and English.
"We must make the most of our infrastructures so as to offer Monegasques, residents and our businesses an attractive Principality that is a pioneer in the post-COVID world", explained Frédéric Genta, Country Chief Digital Officer.
