The 55th International Bouquet Competition based on the theme of: 'Seas and Oceans'
The Garden Club de Monaco is organising the 55th International Bouquet Competition, to be held on 4 and 5 May 2024 at the Yacht Club de Monaco.
Under the High Patronage of H.S.H. Prince Albert II and presided over by H.R.H. The Princess of Hanover, the theme of the competition is 'Seas and Oceans'.
The competition will feature seven categories:
Vintage sailing boats
Coral reefs
Fishing nets
Sea storms
Ice floes or icebergs
Lunch on board
The Beach (youth categories)
Entries to the competition are open until 19 April 2024.
The 'special panel' of judges presided over by H.R.H. The Princess of Hanover comprises leading figures from the world of arts and literature who will be awarding prizes.
The 'official panel' comprised of judges, teachers, international authors, and floral art specialists will award the Gold, Silver and Bronze Insignia and the General Grand Prize, in addition to the Princess Grace of Monaco Prize.
The Garden Club de Monaco conferences, which are free and open to the public, will take place on Sunday, 5 May at the Yacht Club de Monaco.
Admission is free, and visitors can browse the displays on Saturday, 4 May, from 6pm to 7.30pm and on Sunday, 5 May from 9.30am to 6pm.
