Coronavirus health update: Two new positive cases on Thursday

Two new positive cases of COVID-19 were recorded in the Principality on Thursday 23 July.

One person who tested positive is a resident of the Principality.

This brings the Principality’s total number of coronavirus cases, as of this evening, to 114.

One of those who tested positive has been hospitalised at Princess Grace Hospital as a preventive measure.

No new recoveries have been reported today, so the total number of people who have recovered still stands at 100.

Eight people are being monitored by the Home Patient Follow-Up Centre, which offers medical support to those with minor symptoms who are asked to self-isolate at home.

It should be noted that those tested and hospitalised are not all residents of the Principality.
