CORONAVIRUS – One New Positive Case this Saturday

One new positive case of COVID-19 was identified in the Principality on Saturday 27 June.  This person is resident in the Principality, was infected abroad and is being monitored by the Home Patient Follow-up Centre.

This therefore brings the overall health figures for the Principality to 103 people affected by the Coronavirus. 

No further recoveries have been noted.  The total number of people who have recovered therefore currently stands at 95.

This evening, there are no longer any Coronavirus patients in hospital at the CHPG.

A total of three people are being followed by the Home Patient Follow-up Centre, which provides medical support to people with mild symptoms, who are invited to self-isolate at home.

It should be noted that not all the people tested and hospitalised are residents of the Principality.
