Covid-19 : 88 new positive cases and 60 recoveries on Tuesday 29 March

Eighty-eight new positive cases of COVID-19 were recorded on Tuesday 29 March.

This brings the Principality’s total coronavirus cases since the beginning of the health crisis to 10,670.

As of this evening, 23 patients are being treated at Princess Grace Hospital. Twenty-two people, including ten residents, are receiving in-patient care. One further patient, a non-resident, is in intensive care.

Sixty further recoveries have been reported, bringing the total number of people who have so far recovered to 10,322.

This Tuesday evening, 215 people are being monitored by the Home Patient Follow-Up Centre, which offers medical support to those with minor symptoms who are asked to self-isolate at home.

In accordance with the practices adopted by the World Health Organization and neighbouring countries in this area, this daily update reports coronavirus cases among residents only.
