This institution, which is under the administrative authority of the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs, is comprised of 24 members who represent employers and 24 members representing employees. The President and Vice-President are elected by majority vote for a period of three years.
The Tribunal's annual general meeting was held on Wednesday 16 January. At this meeting, Mr. Karim Tabchiche was elected President for the year, and Mr. Michel Gramaglia as Vice-President of this Monegasque institution.
The Minister of Health and Social Affairs, Didier Gamerdinger, recalled that, "this local court plays an important role in maintaining social harmony in Monaco. Its decisions are balanced, making it possible to settle disputes in a peaceful manner."
