Aurélie Péri, Head of the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Office, recently welcomed Céline Caron-Dagioni, Minister of Public Works, the Environment and Urban Development, at the Office’s premises, to present the results of the refurbishment and extension work carried out by the Public Buildings Maintenance Office (SMBP) between 9 February and 29 August 2022.

Over these seven months, the SMBP built a 200m² extension, taking the overall floor area of the offices at 23 Avenue Albert II to more than 615m². The existing premises had become too small and were no longer suitable for the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Office’s growing activity, increased workforce, and the number of people visiting the site.

In addition, the pre-existing floor area was fully reconfigured and refurbished, to make all parts of the premises lighter, with a more modern, optimal layout along with more comfortable, functional, and confidential reception areas.
