As announced in January 2022, work on the Testimonio II development project continues apace for delivery in the near future.

The Boulevard du Larvotto has already been restored to its original layout with both carriageways open and traffic now running in both directions, since 4 April.

From Tuesday 19 April and until Friday 1 July, a one-way system will be installed on Avenue Princesse Grace to allow work to continue optimally.

In the direction Menton - Monaco, this will affect the section of road between the Sporting Monte-Carlo roundabout and the roundabout outside the Monte Carlo Bay hotel.

During this period, access to the Monte-Carlo Bay Resort and Monte-Carlo Beach hotels and their car parks will remain open, both from Monaco and from Roquebrune, with a traffic guard on-site from 6 am to 10 pm, seven days a week. At other times, traffic will be controlled by means of two sets of traffic lights with motion sensors.

Temporary road signs will be positioned within the municipality of Roquebrune, at the intersection between Boulevard du Larvotto and Avenue Princesse Grace, to indicate that the Monte-Carlo Bay Resort and Monte-Carlo Beach remain accessible.

Please note: traffic will be temporarily permitted in both directions for road users between 23 and 30 May 2022, during the F1 Grand Prix.

For buses operated by CAM (Monegasque bus Company):

Lines 5 and 6 will double-back at the “Rocabella” roundabout to serve their terminus at the Sea Club. Buses will not stop at the “Sporting” during this period.

For line 110 (Nice Airport <> Monaco <> Menton):

Buses travelling in the direction Nice > Monaco > Menton will not be affected.

In the direction Menton > Monaco > Nice, the line will be diverted from the Saint Roman stop, travelling along Boulevard d’Italie, followed by Boulevard des Moulins and Avenue de la Madone, before completing a loop via Avenue Princesse Grace (stopping at Spélugues, Grimaldi Forum, Sea Club and turning around at the Rocabella roundabout). After completing this loop, buses will proceed to the Monte-Carlo stop before resuming their usual route.
