During a ceremony held at the Élysée Palace on Friday 12 April 2019,
H.E. Mr Christophe Steiner, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of H.S.H. Prince Albert II of Monaco in France, presented his credentials to Emmanuel Macron, President of the French Republic.

The ceremony was followed by a private meeting between the French President and the Ambassador, which afforded the latter an opportunity to express his determination, and that of the Monegasque authorities, to pursue and promote the excellent relationship that links the Principality of Monaco and France.

The French President welcomed the support of H.S.H. Prince Albert II, which seals a shared ambition to work towards sustainable development, with assistance from the Monegasque Embassy in France.
