The Diocesan Service's Training Programme
The diocesan training service, which is now under the aegis of Father Julien Gollino, has just presented its programme, at an evening event held at the brand new Agora Diocesan House in Monte-Carlo.
From September 2018 to June 2019, forty meetings - centred on conferences, film club sessions, spiritual life, training courses and events - will enable people with responsibility in the Church, as well as the general public, to find out about or broaden their knowledge of the chosen topics. These include a debate on 22 November on "Bioethics, What World do We Want?," a training session on Tuesday 16 January on " Religious Art," an event on Thursday 14 March on "Communication for Couples" and a film club on Monday 29 April, "3 billboards, les panneaux de la vengeance," (English Title "Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri").
The many different speakers, who include members of the clergy and well-known figures from the secular world, such as journalists, researchers and academics, will offer a comprehensive and detailed view of each subject addressed.
