In 2019, the Prince Pierre Foundation will continue to raise its profile outside Monaco with two events planned in Madrid and London in addition to the conferences that will be held in the Principality.

Hidden Poisons or Culinary Delights – A Dialogue between a Chef and a Scientist

At a time when gastronomy occupies a vital place in our society, the quality of the products used does not measure up to that demanded by the flavours and creativity of recipes.

In light of this public health issue, Gilles-Eric Séralini, a professor and researcher at the University of Caen who specialises in genetically modified organisms and pesticides, and head chef Jérôme Douzelet decided to come together to speak out about the processes for evaluating chemical products and to take a fresh look at the rich variety of natural flavours.

Yves Saint Laurent – A Moroccan Passion

New Experiments in Art and Technology (NEAT)
