Check out an exhibition of “The photos which defined 2021”

To welcome the new year, the Prince’s Government Communication Department was keen to share with the public a retrospective look at the highlights of 2021, with a temporary exhibition of photographs at the Galerie des Pêcheurs. Throughout the month of January, 24 iconic and sometimes little-known images of last year will be displayed in large format with captions; a series of stories which bear witness to both the Principality’s heritage and its involvement in our changing times.

From the first COVID-19 vaccination to the National Day celebrations, via H.S.H. the Sovereign Prince’s visit to Expo 2020 Dubai, the resumption of cultural events and AS Monaco Basket’s victory in the EuroCup final, the news of 2021 is seen through the lenses of the Government Communication Department’s three photographers. Check out the exhibition until 31 January at the Galerie des Pêcheurs, a venue accessible to all.
