COVID-19: Three New Positive Cases and Four Recoveries on Wednesday 16 September

From now on, in line with the practices adopted by the World Health Organization and neighbouring countries in this regard, the daily health assessment figures will report only on resident persons affected by the Coronavirus.

Three new positive cases of COVID-19 were identified on Wednesday.

This therefore bring the overall health figures for the Principality to 181 people affected by the Coronavirus.

This evening, a total of five patients are being treated at the CHPG: one non-resident patient, who is in intensive care, and four hospitalised patients. Two of them are residents and were admitted today.

There are four recoveries to be noted. The total number of people who have now recovered therefore amounts to 137.

This Wednesday evening, 34 people are being monitored by the Home Patient Follow-up Centre, which provides medical support to people with mild symptoms, who are invited to self-isolate at home.
