CORONAVIRUS – No new positive cases on Tuesday

This Tuesday, 2 June, no positive cases of COVID-19 were identified in the Principality.

The overall health figures for the Principality therefore remain at 99 people affected by the Coronavirus.

The total number of people who have now recovered also remains at 90 patients.

This evening, only one person is still hospitalised at Princess Grace Hospital.  That person is in intensive care.

It should be noted that those tested and hospitalised are not all residents of the Principality.

In keeping with the principle that has been adopted by the Monegasque health authorities, only patients with severe COVID-19 symptoms are being hospitalised.

People with mild symptoms are asked to self-isolate at home while being medically monitored.

As of today, two patients are being monitored by the Home Patient Follow-Up Centre.
