Informations on Covid-19 in the Principality

In view of the rapidly changing nature of the COVID-19 epidemic, the Monegasque authorities have adopted a stance of constant vigilance and are maintaining regular contact with their French and Italian counterparts. The measures announced by the Prince’s Government are thus liable to change as the situation surrounding the disease develops.

Health guidelines

To prevent the spread of COVID-19, the following prevention measures should be adopted:

  • Wash your hands frequently
  • Greet people without shaking hands and avoid hugging and kissing
  • Maintain a minimum distance of one metre from anyone else
  • Cough or sneeze into your elbow, or into a single-use tissue
  • Use single-use tissues

If you develop symptoms (a high fever and respiratory symptoms such as a cough or shortness of breath), please contact the emergency services directly on 18 or 112.

To avoid infecting others, please do not visit your normal doctor or the Accident and Emergency Unit.

To enable the emergency services and Princess Grace Hospital to focus on their primary missions, Monegasque nationals, residents and employees can contact the centre to discuss any questions they may have about COVID-19 by calling: 92 05 55 00. The line will be open every day from 9 am to 6 pm.
