Covid-19 : no new positive case and 17 recoveries this Sunday 21 march

This Sunday, 21 March, no positive cases of COVID-19 were identified in the Principality.

The overall health figures for the Principality therefore remain at 2173 people affected by the Coronavirus.

This evening, 37 patients are being treated at Princess Grace Hospital, 13 of whom, including 4 residents, are in intensive care. Ten of the other 20 patients in hospital are also residents.

Thirteen further recoveries have been reported today, bringing the total number of people who have so far recovered to 2020.

This Monday evening, 56 people are being monitored by the Home Patient Follow-Up Centre, which offers medical support to those with minor symptoms who are asked to self-isolate at home.

In accordance with the practices adopted by the World Health Organization and neighbouring countries in this area, this daily update reports coronavirus cases among residents only.
