Covid-19: 37 new positive cases and 28 cured on Tuesday 8 March

Thirty-seven new positive cases of Covid-19 were revealed this Tuesday 8th March.

This brings the total number of people affected by the coronavirus in the Principality to 9,605 since the beginning of the health crisis.

This evening, 15 people are being treated at the CHPG: 13 people, including 8 residents, are hospitalised. Another patient, a non-resident, is being treated in intensive care.

There were 28 additional recoveries. The total number of healed people is 9400.

This Tuesday evening, 86 people are being monitored by the Home Monitoring Centre, which provides medical support to patients with few symptoms who are advised to stay at home.

In order to comply with the practices adopted by the World Health Organisation and neighbouring countries in this matter, this daily report only mentions residents affected by the coronavirus.
