COVID-19: Two New Positive Cases and Ten Recoveries on Friday 30 April
Deux nouveaux cas positifs à la Covid-19 ont été révélés ce vendredi 30 avril.
Two new positive cases of COVID-19 were identified on Friday 30 April.
This therefore brings the overall health figures for the Principality to 2,454 people affected by the Coronavirus since the beginning of the health crisis.
This evening, eight people are being treated at the CHPG: seven patients, three of whom are residents, are hospitalised. Moreover, one person, who is non-resident, is in intensive care.
Today, there are ten further recoveries to be noted. The total number of people who have recovered thus amounts to 2,368.
This Friday evening, 27 people are being monitored by the Home Patient Follow-up Centre, which provides medical support to people with mild symptoms, who are invited to self isolate at home.
In line with the practices adopted by the World Health Organization and neighbouring countries in this regard, these daily health assessment figures report only on resident persons affected by the Coronavirus.
With regard to the vaccination strategy implemented in the Principality, the figures as of yesterday evening, Thursday 29 April inclusive, are the following:
- Number of people who have had the first vaccination: 13,289, i.e. 34.65% of the Monegasque population;
- Number of people who have been given the second dose of the vaccine: 11,815, i.e. 88.91% of those who have had the first vaccination.
