COVID-19: Twenty new positive cases and 7 recoveries on Thursday 18 November

Twenty new positive cases of COVID-19 were recorded on Thursday 18 November.

This brings the Principality’s total coronavirus cases since the beginning of the health crisis to 3,536.

As of this evening, 13 patients are being treated at Princess Grace Hospital. Eleven patients, including five residents, are receiving in-patient care. Two further patients, both non-residents, are currently in intensive care.

Seven further recoveries have been reported, bringing the total number of people who have so far recovered to 3,430.

This Thursday evening, 55 people are being monitored by the Home Patient Follow-Up Centre, which offers medical support to those with minor symptoms who are asked to self-isolate at home.

In accordance with the practices adopted by the World Health Organization and neighbouring countries in this area, this daily update reports coronavirus cases among residents only.
