Minister of State visits SBM Offshore

On 28 July, Minister of State Pierre Dartout and Minister of Public Works, the Environment and Urban Development Céline Caron Dagioni met senior executives from SBM Offshore, a historic player in the energy sector, which has had a presence in the Principality for nearly 50 years.

Specialising in the design, installation and operation of deep-water offshore facilities, SBM Offshore, otherwise known as Single Buoy Moorings, invests in and concentrates on the development of renewable energy solutions to enable a sensible and innovative energy transition.

The company’s Monegasque location in Fontvieille is a first-class engineering centre. The building, with its combination of leading eco-friendly solutions, is a leading figure in the transition to which the group has committed. SBM Offshore’s objectives and innovation are also designed to reduce the carbon footprint of the group’s fleet around the world.
