The Business Development Agency offers a new online service for the purchase of extracts from the Special Register of Non-Trading Companies (RSSC)
In an effort to further improve corporate transparency in Monaco in line with international standards, the Prince’s Government has launched an online general information service for non-trading companies, in addition to the service already available for trading companies.
This new digitalised information service, which includes the purchasing of RSSC extracts, was developed by the Business Development Agency in partnership with the Digital Transition Office.
The service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week via the MonGuichet.mc portal (“online services/other” section), which serves as a point of access to all of the online services provided by the Government and Monaco City Hall in a way that is fully compatible with Monegasque digital identity.
The aim is to offer users a simplified and fully digital process, including:
- Consulting or purchasing of digital extracts from the Special Register of Non-Trading Companies (RSSC), which is certified as equivalent to the paper version and can be re-used;
- Payment by bank card;
- Instant downloads of extracts;
- Access to purchase history.
The proposed functionality is in line with the recommendations issued as part of the assessment of Monaco’s measures to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing (Moneyval). It demonstrates the Principality of Monaco’s commitment to maintaining the highest international standards.
How to submit a request
The service is accessible via MonGuichet.mc in the “online services/other” section.
