Launch of Monegasque Institute for Training in the Legal Professions website
The Department of Justice has announced that the Monegasque Institute for Training in the Legal Professions (IMFPJ) now has its own website: https://www.imfpj.mc/ .
Students with an interest in Monegasque law will be able to use the website to find out everything they need to know about the initial training offered by the IMFPJ, including information for young Monegasques who would like to become lawyers or magistrates on how to prepare for the relevant examinations and competitive examinations, and details of new professional certification routes and introductions to Monegasque law.
Legal professionals working in the Principality will find details of the continuous professional development training and refresher sessions that are available to them.
Finally, the website will be used to inform all legal practitioners in the Principality of symposiums and academic events open to a wider audience, such as the forthcoming symposium on “Corporate law in Monaco”, which will be held at One Monte-Carlo on 13 December 2024.
The website will soon also feature digital versions of legal publications, not least thanks to the relaunch of the Revue de droit monégasque (Monegasque Law Review) scheduled for 2025.
