Forum for european criminal asset management services

The Seized or Confiscated Assets Management Department (SGA) organised a forum on 1-2 April on European criminal asset management services. The event was attended by 32 participants, 21 of whom are members of 10 foreign delegations.

The forum opened with introductory remarks by Mr Samuel Vuelta Simon, Secretary of Justice, to share best practices in managing seized property such as bank accounts, cryptocurrencies and high-value real estate.

Bilateral meetings between delegations were also organised to discuss ongoing cases.

Mr Morgan Blaise, an art expert, gave a presentation on the state of the world art market in 2025.
