Accompanied by Jean Castellini, Minister of Finance and Economy, and Robert Colle, Secretary-General of the Government, Serge Telle hosted a breakfast for the local press at which a number of topics were discussed.

First and foremost, the situation of residents in the Jardins d’Apolline building was covered. The Minister of State reiterated that everything would be done to deal with this entirely unforeseen and unforeseeable situation. He also announced the nomination of a lead manager, Albert Croesi, whose role will be “to deal individually with each case in order to identify the best solution.”

Next, the Minister of State and Jean Castellini talked about Monaco’s acquisition of a stake in Azzurra Aeroporti, the majority shareholder of Aéroports de la Côte d’Azur, for an amount of between EUR 130 and 135 million. They stressed that this was a necessary investment in both political and financial terms. In addition to the dividends which will be received, this shareholding will contribute to the development of the Principality and the surrounding region.

Finally, Serge Telle confirmed that he and the Sovereign Prince would attend the 14 July ceremonies and commemoration of the Nice attack.
