A delegation of Government and National Council representatives visit Building C of the state-owned Grand Ida public housing operation
Deliveries continue of buildings included in the National Housing Plan for Monegasques.
On 30 April 2024, Government and National Council representatives* visited Building C of the Grand Ida state-owned housing operation, now named “Résidence Héméra”. The 13-storey building has 48 residential units, including 13 two-room flats, 11 three-room flats, and 24 four-room flats.
The delegation appreciated the spacious lay-out of the units, both inside and on the terraces, and the quality of the materials used. These units are offered with a fully furnished and equipped kitchen.
Households allocated a unit by the State Housing Commission on 13 February 2024 visited the flats in April and a very large majority validated. They will be able to move in very soon.
The building also offers two tertiary spaces, located on the ground floor and the second floor, which will be allocated in May 2024.
When it is completed, the property complex will include two other buildings, for a total of 224 housing units, 56 of which are intended for private owners and 168 for Monegasque nationals.
Other commercial spaces will be delivered for the ground floor of Building B.
Building A will offer a daycare facility with 35 spots, and an AMAPEI residence with 10 housing units for 9 residents and 3 support staff.
