Covid-19: 50 new positive cases and 25 cured on Tuesday 22 February

Fifty new positive cases of Covid-19 were revealed on Tuesday 22nd February.

This brings the total number of people affected by the coronavirus in the Principality to 9,267 since the beginning of the health crisis.

This evening, 13 people are being treated at the CHPG: 12 people, including 9 residents, are hospitalised. Another patient, a non-resident, is being treated in intensive care.

There were 25 additional recoveries. The total number of people healed is 9011.

As of Tuesday evening, 116 people are being monitored by the Home Monitoring Centre, which provides medical support to patients with few symptoms who are advised to stay at home.

In order to comply with the practices adopted by the World Health Organisation and neighbouring countries in this matter, this daily report only mentions residents affected by the coronavirus.
