Covid-19: 38 new positive cases and 27 cured on Wednesday 23 February

Thirty-eight new positive cases of Covid-19 were revealed on Wednesday 23rd February.

This brings the total number of people affected by the coronavirus in the Principality to 9,305 since the beginning of the health crisis.

This evening, 10 people are being treated at the CHPG: 9 people, including 6 residents, are hospitalised. Another patient, a non-resident, is being treated in intensive care.

There were 27 additional recoveries. The total number of people healed is 9038.

As of Wednesday evening, 128 people are being monitored by the Home Monitoring Centre, which provides medical support to patients with few symptoms who are advised to stay at home.

In order to comply with the practices adopted by the World Health Organisation and neighbouring countries in this matter, this daily report only mentions residents affected by the coronavirus.
