One-way traffic on Boulevard du Larvotto
Foundation work to be carried out as part of the Testimonio II project, which will see the completion of 336 new state-owned apartments, will require changes to traffic flow until February 2020.
To enable preliminary work to be carried out on the water, telecommunications and electricity networks, one-way traffic flow will be introduced on Boulevard du Larvotto during August. This will operate on an alternating basis to limit the impact on traffic. This solution will be in place from Monday to Friday as follows:
- from 7.30 am to 11.30 am, traffic will be permitted to travel from Menton towards Monaco to ease the flow entering the Principality.
- from 11.30 am until 7.30 am the following day, traffic will be permitted to travel from Monaco towards Menton to ease the flow leaving the Principality.
On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, traffic will be permitted to travel from Monaco towards Menton all day.
Throughout the work, access to the homes and buildings on Boulevard du Larvotto will be maintained. Entry and exit to and from public and private car parks will be in accordance with the direction of traffic.
In addition to weekends and public holidays, work will be suspended between the evening of Friday 20 December 2019 and the morning of Thursday 2 January 2020, but traffic flow will still be routed in the direction from Monaco towards Menton.
