Notice of a competitive public tender to award a property development contract Operation La Luciole
The Prince’s Government announced the launch of a state property development project, ‘Villa Luciole’, located at 5, rue Louis Auréglia, to design and build a ten-storey building and deliver a minimum of 27 state-owned apartments, including one four-bedroom apartment (T5) and 26 one-bedroom apartments (T2). A private car park will be built in addition to the apartments.
A notice of a competitive public tender to award a property development contract has been launched for this development project. The full text of the notice was published in the Journal de Monaco on 13 September 2024.
The contract involves the design and construction as per the definition given in Article 2 of Sovereign Ordinance No.7.264 of 20 December 2018 on the regulation of public procurement.
The tendering process is underway to conclude a contract under the terms of the aforementioned Sovereign Ordinance. Interested economic operators are invited to obtain free of charge a Company Consultation File and submit an application and an offer in accordance with conditions provided for in the public procurement regulation.
Applications must be submitted no later than 28 September 2024.
It is estimated that company consultation files will be sent to applicants beginning on Monday 16 September 2024.
Offers must be submitted no later than Wednesday 27 November 2024 at 10 am.
