Tourist and Convention Authority partners with Monegasque cultural events
As 2018 drew to a close, the Tourist and Convention Authority undertook initiatives to promote Monaco in conjunction with tour performances by Cécilia Bartoli and the Musiciens du Prince and by the Ballets de Monte-Carlo.
Around 10 journalists attended Cecilia Bartoli’s concerts in Amsterdam on 23 November, Paris on 3 December and Hamburg on 10 December and were offered an exclusive opportunity to meet the mezzo-soprano afterwards. The journalists were also invited to meetings where they were able to learn more about the rich, diverse programme of cultural events in the Principality.
During the same period, the Ballets de Monte-Carlo’s performances of Romeo and Juliet in Venice also received a warm, enthusiastic response from the journalists who saw them.
It is worth noting that ten or so similar initiatives were held throughout 2018 in France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Germany and Belgium.
