Monaco House: strategically showcasing the Principality's brand image and economic development

The Attractiveness Department, together with the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation, organised the first-ever ‘Monaco House’ on 23 January 2025, marking the start of this flagship event in Davos, which attracted more than 400 participants from 50 different countries, to promote Monegasque excellence to world leaders.

H.S.H. the Sovereign Prince wrapped up the day with a speech showcasing the Monegasque model, in which innovation, sustainability and economic development go hand in hand.

A comprehensive programme featuring influential speakers

Monaco House featured 14 conferences with 30 speakers, including:

• H.E. Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al-Khalifa, Minister of Finance and National Economy of Bahrain

• Clarisse Magnin, Managing Partner of McKinsey France

• Bertrand Piccard, Chairman of the Solar Impulse Foundation

• David Rubenstein, Investor and Co-Founder of the Carlyle Group

• Larry Summers, Economist and former US Secretary of the Treasury

Leveraging strategic partnerships

Monaco House was attended by several entities involved in promoting the region's attractiveness, including:

• The Monaco Association for Financial Activities

• Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer

• Monaco Economic Board

• Monaco Private Label (MPL)

• Monegasque entrepreneurs and experts

Monaco Private Label welcomed around 60 of its members and investors to an evening event designed to encourage exchanges between international decision-makers and Monegasque economic stakeholders.

According to Frédéric Genta, Interministerial Delegate for Attractiveness and Digital Transition, “Monaco House enables Monegasque economic stakeholders to forge partnerships with international business leaders".

Chloé Boscagli, Director of Monaco Private Label, added: “Monaco House reflects the strength of our collective. The efforts of those involved in promoting Monaco's attractiveness and the support from members of Monaco Private Label were integral to the event's success".
