Bilateral Agreement signed between the Mauritius Institute of Training and Development-Sir Gaëtan DUVAL Hotel School of Mauritius and the Lycée Technique et Hôtelier de Monaco
On 15 September 2022, Mr Patrice CELLARIO, Minister of Interior, and Mr Michel GRAMAGLIA, Consul of the Republic of Mauritius in Monaco, renewed the Bilateral Agreement between the Mauritius Institute of Training and Development (MITD)-Sir Gaëtan Duval Hotel School of Mauritius, and the Lycée Technique et Hôtelier de Monaco.
Ms Isabelle BONNAL, Commissioner General for Education, Youth and Sport and Mr Christophe JOUBLIN, Director of Professional and Technological Training for the hotel sector, representing Mr Rémy GAROSCIO, Principal of the LTHM, were also present at the signing of this agreement.
Since 2005, this protocol has provided for an exchange programme between the MITD and LTHM, with students and teachers from each institution travelling for periods of theoretical and hands-on training in the other country.
With the health situation now calmer, this high-quality partnership will continue over the next two years, as part of a collaborative approach aimed at transferring experience and sharing knowledge in the demanding Hotel & Catering sector.
