RAMOGE colloquium to promote balanced mooring management
As part of Monaco Ocean Week, the RAMOGE Agreement held a colloquium, entitled “RAMOGE, for balanced mooring management” on Friday 31 March 2017.
The key stakeholders in the yachting industry in the RAMOGE zone gathered at the Oceanographic Museum in Monaco to share their respective experience of the marine environment and discuss mooring practices and techniques, based on presentations of the specific problems facing coastal zones by each state party to the RAMOGE Agreement.
These discussions will strengthen cooperation between the states party to the RAMOGE Agreement in order to guide mooring and the yachting industry towards sustainable management in the long term.
