Strengthened provisions for total temporary layoff: procedure now available online
Companies in the Principality who wish to seek authorisation to make use of the strengthened provisions for total temporary layoff (CTTR) for their employees can now submit their requests online.
Using the online service, companies can both:
- request authorisation to make use of CTTR;
- submit their monthly payment of partial activity compensation declarations online.
The strengthened provisions for temporary layoff are a special measure allowing employers to reduce or temporarily suspend the work of employees. These emergency provisions will come to an end once the health situation is resolved.
