Monaco Cyber Security Agency continues to operate during lockdown
Despite the COVID-19 lockdown, the Monaco Cyber Security Agency continues to work in support of its partners, government departments and critical infrastructure operators in Monaco.
The Agency completed development work on its Security Operations Centre (SOC) on 18 March.
Currently operating from 8.30 am to 6.30 pm during the working week, the SOC is set up to prevent, detect, assess and raise the alarm about cyber threats.
Creation of the SOC was approved in October 2018 by the Cyber Security Strategic Committee, set up by Sovereign Ordinance. The first engineers took up their SOC roles in April 2019.
