Role
The Public Buildings Maintenance Office manages all State property assets.
Its duties consist of:
- Upkeep of buildings owned by the State
- Improvements, alterations, maintenance and/or rehabilitation of buildings
- The monitoring of maintenance contracts for technical installations and the deployment of energy control systems
The State owned real estate portfolio includes approximately 960.000 sqm of floor space built on different sites in the Principality of Monaco and abroad.
