10ème Rencontre des Métiers de la Banque et de la Finance - 5ème Edition du Forum de la Formation en Alternance

On Wednesday 24 February 2016, the 5th Forum on Sandwich Courses and the 10th Meeting on Careers in Banking and Finance were held at the Rainier III Auditorium. Following on from the consistent success of previous events, 76 organisations (local schools and Monegasque businesses, banks and management companies) attended the Forum and Meeting this year, along with hundreds of young visitors.

The Minister of Health and Social Affairs Stéphane Valeri paid a visit to the event, and spent a long time talking to the representatives from businesses and schools, taking particular care to thank them for participating and contributing their time in support of the Principality’s young people.

Sophie Vincent, Deputy Director of the Department of Employment and the person responsible for the event, explained that: “The Forum aims to maintain visitor numbers while developing more links between the Employment Office, Youth Employment Unit and businesses, in order to further increase the use of sandwich courses as a practical recruitment tool.”
