Recruit Monaco Forum: the government steps up efforts

Ahead of the second Recruit Monaco Forum to be held on Friday 16 February at the Grimaldi Forum, the Minister of Health and Social Affairs Christophe Robino recalled the commitment of the Prince’s Government to employment in the Principality.

The number of (public and private sector) jobs in Monaco reached 63,000 in Q3 2023, a 5% increase from late 2022. The number of hours worked will exceed 100 million in 2023.  These figures show how dynamic the Monegasque economy is, and such robust results help strengthen Monaco’s social security funds.

For Christophe Robino: “The Employment Forum organised by the Government and held for the first time last September with great success, responds to a growing need on the part of our businesses to hire excellent and qualified applicants.

This Forum will be an important event this year which allows companies to develop an annual recruitment strategy and meet their seasonal employment needs.

The Recruit Monaco Forum should become an unmissable event for economic stakeholders in the Principality”.

This year’s ambitious event will take place in nearly 3,000 square metres of exhibition space, ideally organised by activity sector and mapped to guide visitors. Employment-related organisations such as the Monaco Social Security Funds, the Civil Service, Youth Employment Unit, the Employment Office and the Committee for Graduate Employment will be present to answer questions from employers and future employees.

Inclusion is another important subject at the forum: Lionel Galffre, Technical Advisor for people with disabilities, will present the government’s new #Handipact policy.
