Call for applications 'Ida - Carmelha' and other available accommodation

The Housing Department would like to inform Monegasque nationals that from Monday, 11 September 2023 applications for the rental of state-owned apartments can be submitted online.

The application is available via: https://teleservice.gouv.mc/logement-domanial-monaco or on MonGuichet.mc, the Prince's Government and Monaco City Hall portal.

Monegasque nationals who submitted their application online and were successful in the last call for applications can easily renew it: the form will be pre-filled with the information provided when the selected application was submitted.

Monegasque nationals who have an active digital identity on their new identity card can log in using their MConnect account. The information relating to personal identity (surname, first name, date, and place of birth etc.) will be pre-filled on the form. Those who do not have a Monegasque digital identity can log in via their existing online service account or create a new account.

Those who do not have access to a digital device can submit their application using a form available from the reception of the Housing Department at 10 Bis, Quai Antoine 1er, Monaco - Contact details: 98.98.80.08 or 44.80 - dh.domanial@gouv.mc (opening hours 9.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday).

Applications must be completed in full and returned by the closing date: Friday, 6 October 2023 at 5pm at the latest. Applications sent by post after this date will not be accepted.

Applications that are late or incomplete will not be considered.

All the documents required, according to the applicant's situation, are listed on the Prince's Government Public Service website under the heading Housing: http://monservicepublic.gouv.mc.

Applicants are advised to read the current ministerial decree on the conditions for allocating state accommodation, which is available on the same website.
