Ban on single-use plastic bags
Since mid-2016, single-use plastic checkout bags have been banned in the Principality. On 1 January 2017, this ban was extended to all plastic bags used for packing goods in stores (supermarkets, butcher’s shops, markets, chemists, etc.).
