Reopening of the Louis XV-Alain Ducasse – Presentation in New York
Monaco Tourist and Convention Authority took advantage of its visit to New York to organise a private dinner in association with its New York office to announce the reopening of the legendary restaurant "The Louis-XV-Alain Ducasse at the Hôtel de Paris" for the Formula 1 Grand Prix.
The dinner, which was prepared by two chefs, was held on 17 February at Benoit, the Alain Ducasse restaurant in New York. The menu featured specialities by Alain Ducasse, such as the "Cookpot." It was created by the guest of honour for the evening, Dominique Lory, Head Chef of the three-Michelin starred Monegasque restaurant, and Philippe Bertineau, Executive Chef of the Benoit bistro.
Among the guests were editors of some of the most prestigious American publications, including Condé Nast Traveler, Robb Report and Travel+Leisure, who had the opportunity to enjoy this unique private dining experience.
