Minister of State Pierre Dartout, accompanied by the Minister of the Interior and Education and Isabelle Bonnal, Commissioner General for the Department of Education, Youth and Sport, visited Monaco’s Vocational and Catering School for lunch today.

The visit was an opportunity for the Prince’s Government to show its support for the school’s staff and students. The school has expanded its course options this year, adding a new Vocational Aptitude Certificate (CAP) in Food Production and Service. In parallel, the school opened a ULIS (localised unit for inclusive education) class in September, providing an educational structure tailored to the needs of students following this course.

The catering and hotel sectors are an important part of the Monegasque economy, accounting for nearly 14% of the Principality’s total revenue.
