The Committee for Graduate Employment was keen to meet the young entrepreneurs at MonacoTech for its first VIP workshop (Helping Graduates into Employment) aimed at professionals on Tuesday 26 June 2018.

For Muriel Bubbio, the new Head of Access to Employment, “the objective is to establish a bridge between MonacoTech, which provides an incubator for young businesses, and the Committee, which helps young graduates to find their first job.”

In addition to a presentation of the Committee and its role, discussions provided an opportunity to talk about the specific staffing needs of these start-ups. Thanks to the signature of a memorandum of understanding, the goal of which is to develop lasting links between the business world and young graduates in Monaco, 160 Monegasque businesses are already partners of the Prince’s Government.

The next VIP workshop will be aimed at careers guidance counsellors in Monaco’s secondary schools and at the Academic Counselling and Education Resource Centre (CIEN).
