More frequent buses to be introduced on CAM No. 5 service
As part of a bid to improve urban transport within the Principality, from Monday 9 May users of the No. 5 bus service (Hospital/Larvotto) will be able to take advantage of a more frequent service, with buses running every 12/13 minutes instead of the current 20 minutes.
This increased frequency of the No. 5 service will offer users the option of around five buses an hour instead of the current three.
The No. 5 is an important route, since it serves the Princess Grace Hospital. The bus stop is very close to the hospital entrance, making the bus preferable to other modes of transport for getting to and from the hospital, and removing the need to worry about parking.
