Monaco Run 2024: transport disruption
On Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 February, Port Hercule will be the starting point for several events of the Monaco Run 2024, including the first-ever Mont Agel trail (More information: https://www.monacorun.com/ ). Disruptions to traffic, parking and bus schedules are expected.
Road closures
- Quai Albert I: Thursday 8 February, from 10 am until 8 am Monday 12 February.
- Quai des États-Unis (from the restricted access zone on the quay to the intersection with Route de la Piscine), Route de la Piscine and South Dock: Saturday 10 February from 8 to 9 am, and Sunday 11 February from 8.50 to 11.30 am.
- Avenue J.F Kennedy, Boulevard Louis II, Avenue Princesse Grace, and the Portier, Monte-Carlo Sporting, and Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel roundabouts: Sunday 11 February from 8.50 to 11.30 am (access points will be installed for local residents depending on race developments).
Parking restrictions
- Quai Albert I: Thursday 8 February, from 10 am until 8 am Monday 12 February.
- Avenue J.F. Kennedy, Boulevard Louis II and Avenue Princesse Grace: Saturday 10 February from 12 pm until 12 pm Sunday 11 February.
- Avenue Hector Otto, at Number 20 and along the entire two-wheeled vehicle zone: Saturday 10 February from 11 pm until 12 pm Sunday 11 February.
- Quai des États-Unis (from the restricted access zone on the quay to the intersection with Route de la Piscine), Route de la Piscine, Louis Chiron corner, Jules Soccal Jetty and South Dock: Saturday 10 February from 11 pm until 12 pm Sunday 11 February.
Bus diversions or cancellations
- No. 1 (CAM): diversion from Boulevard Albert I towards Avenue d’Ostende, from the first bus of the day until 12 pm.
- No. 5 (CAM): diversion from the Madone roundabout towards Boulevard des Moulins, with the service terminating at Place des Moulins.
- No. 6 (CAM): no service until 12 pm.
- No. 7 (CAM): no service on Sunday.
- Intercity (service 80): diverted along Boulevard des Moulins then Boulevard d’Italie (both directions) until 12 pm.
There will be no service to the bus stops on Avenue Princesse Grace, or to the Kennedy, Rainier III Auditorium, Portier, Spélugues, Citronniers and Place du Casino stops until 12 pm.
