Due to the progress being made on the Palais Honoria project, which is part of the National Housing Plan for Monegasques, the Department of Urban Amenities is set to carry out work to connect the building located at 2 Boulevard de Belgique to the water, sewage, telecommunications and electricity networks. Work on the forecourt and the area around the project will be completed at the same time.

Between 9 am and 5 pm from 24 October to 2 December 2022, traffic on Boulevard de Belgique will operate in one direction only, from the Bosio roundabout to the Boulevard du Jardin Exotique junction.

Only emergency vehicles, buses and HGVs will be allowed to access Boulevard de Belgique, using manual traffic controls, from the junction with Boulevard du Jardin Exotique heading towards the Bosio roundabout.

During this period, vehicle access to Boulevard de Belgique will be via Rue Bosio only.

Bus routes and access to both public and private car parks will be maintained.

The work to develop the surrounding area will continue until 23 December 2022.

Throughout this time, the Belgique station for the Monabike self-service bike scheme will be moved to the intersection with Boulevard du Jardin Exotique at 7 Boulevard de Belgique.

The Palais Honoria project is part of the National Housing Plan for Monegasques, which was launched by the Prince’s Government in 2019. Delivery of this building comprising 84 apartments is scheduled for the end of the second quarter of 2023.
